The Presidential Secretariat authorities hope the Cabinet of Ministers will send a declaration on appointment of chairmen in the Nickolaev and Chernihov oblast state administrations against those people the President of Ukraine has entrusted fulfillment of duties to whom today. Deputy head of the Ukraine’s Presidential Secretariat Viktor Bondar said about it.

According to him, till that time the Secretariat did not get the government’s declarations on appointment of new chairmen of oblast state administrations. Viktor Bondar emphasized the process of adjustment of candidates at these posts is rather complicated. He does not exclude it can be lasting for several months. “I think an acting chairman will demonstrate his abilities during half a year”, noted Viktor Bondar.

According to him, the Presidential Secretariat authorities do not have complaints against the work of governors. “We have only one complaint – to make the district administrations to work for the sake of people’s prosperity”, said Viktor Bondar.

Deputy head of the Presidential Secretariat said information about dismissal of seven heads of the regions the nearest time was a lie. Viktor Bondar noted the President did not pose a problem to dismiss the certain number of authorities. At the same time Viktor Bondar emphasized after holding the conferences the most of governors understood the President’s orders and decrees had to be the dominant in their work.

He reminded currently the Presidential Secretariat has created a group which will finish examination of social and economical indexes in all the regions, will revise the results of social protection in the regions. After this conclusions will be made about taking up the post of chairman of city administration.

Viktor Bondar also denied there is a conflict between the Presidential Secretariat and chairmen of oblast state administrations.
