Petrol Not to Rise in Price until Elections

Petrol will not rise in price, at least, until elections in Ukraine. Government will do everything in order to restrain inflation. But the world price for oil has been rising, barrel has raised in price up to annual maximum and costs US $75-77. It will rise in price up to US $90 till this autumn. So import raw will rise in price also. Market analytical scientists say it will lead to the reduction of incomes among traders and petroleum refinery. Swing in prices is expected to be after elections in this country. Petroleum refinery companies intend to re-activate money needed for modernization. Expert from the analytical company Vitali Daviy says “now varied scale of excise for diesel fuel exists depending on presence of sulfur. It gives producers a stimulus. Introduction of Euro-2 and Euro-4 standards will allow to eliminate outsiders and to estimate the quality of produce”.
