The Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Party of regions’ faction Alexander Stoyan initiates a dockage of financing in the Presidential Secretariat. It is said about it in the report of Regions’ press-service.

According to it, the Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Party of regions’ faction Alexander Stoyan approves an idea of the Secretariat to detruncate deputy privileges using these means as a source of financing social privileges for population restored by decision of the Constitutional court.

“If it helps to increase the payments for population by hundreds of millions, then the dockage of deputy benefits should be made also”, press-service cites Stoyan as saying. At the same time deputy considers the dockage of Secretariat’s financing will be more effective.

“But, most likely, there is need to detruncate financing of the Presidential Secretariat in order to solve the problem with the social privileges as it is the great expenses for maintenance of the President’s apparatus, their numerous dachas, trips to the Crimea for treatment”, reports press-service.

There is need to fill the budget with investments, support of national industry in order to increase the social payments, considers Stoyan.

On Monday, July, 16 the Secretariat offered the Cabinet of Ministers to seek for means in the national budget in order to fulfill the decision of the Constitutional court on invalidation of social payments dockage in 2007.
