Young Ukrainian Track & Field Athletes Won 7 Medals

Ukrainian sportsmen won two gold, one silver and four bronze medals at the youth championship of Europe in track and field athletics at the age “23 years” which ended in Debrecen, Hungary.

Sportswoman from Kharkov Lilia Kulick won gold medal in the hot, step and jump. Victory of girl who had been the pupil of honorary coach of Ukraine Alla Kurochka – 14 meters 39 centimeters is a new record of Ukrainian young sportsmen.

Anna Plotitsyna and Yulia Irkhina have become bronze prize-winners in the fourth relay race (400 meters).

One more sportsman from Kharkov Igor Bodrov took the seventh place in the sprint for 200 meters – 21,18 sec, MediaPort reports.
